Cardiovascular and Aerobic Fitness Programme

Structured regular programme including hi and low  impact aerobic excercise, Running, jogging, power walking, rowing, crosstrainer, or cycling. For a consistent period increasing in intensity or duration monitoring  your progression and performence.

Aiming to  Reduce body fat.
Improve endurence and energy levels.
Reduced risk heart disease.

Resistance Training programme

Sculpting and transforming your physique,
Focusing on; steadily improving muscular strentgh, leanness, developing muscle defination and toning.
Aiming to; Improve muscular alignment and posture and endurence levels and increased bone density.
With the use of free weights dumbbells and barbells.
Monitoring, intensity, duration and your progression over a specified period of time .

A combination of the above with the correct nutritional advice will raise your metabolic rate and burn excess fat.

 

 

 

Core Abs Circuit: Programme

Abdominal exercise targets core muscles, develops core strength.
Stabilizes the body to assist in other sporting activities.
Aiming to: improve muscle posture, balance, alignment when abdominal exercises are performed on the swiss ball, or decline bench can also have the added use of weights.
Improves physique appearance eliminates back aches and strains when performed correctly.

Dance Fitness and Flexibility

Fantastic overall health and fitness benefits. Including, Jazz dance, Street dance, Zumba and ballet fitness.
Incorporating hi and low impact aerobic /cardiovascular benefits, exercise to music, with the flow of choreographed, co-ordinated full body movement. Utilising every major muscle group in the body. Combining technique, grace strength and flexibility for a great challenging whole body workout enjoyed and structured for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced... to professional.

Flexibility programme

Focusing on the lengthening of the muscle fibres.
Achieved by Ballestic (specific ballet and dance) stretching, passive stretching, maintanence and developmental stretching, from beginner to advanced.
Aims to; Increase suppleness, posture and lower the risk of injury when training resistance and aerobicly and through all types of sports.

Kettlebells programme

I cover the basics in Russian Kettlebell functional training safely and effectively. Using a selection of Kettlebell weights suitable for men and women.
Kettlebells supercharge your metabolism help rid of unwanted fat. Can burn up to 800 calories in one session!
With the safe use of Kettlebell weights incorporating strength training, muscle conditioning, core stability, and aerobic exercise, all in one excellent fun workout.
